    DEPOSITS

    A minimum deposit of $50 is required to secure appointments. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the service booked. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment.

    CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

    A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may result in the loss of your deposit.

    PRICING & CONSULTATIONS

    All service prices are starting prices only & may vary upon consultation. All advanced hair & skin treatments require a consultation. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation prior to your service commencing.

    APPOINTMENT ADJUSTMENTS

    Deposits secure the time allocated for your appointment, not just the service itself. If your booking is significantly reduced or changed within 24 hours of your appointment, a portion of your deposit may be retained to cover the reserved appointment time that can no longer be filled.
